Billing
Q: Can I pay my bill online?
A: Bills for physician services, hospital services, and ambulatory surgery can be paid online through secure patient portals.
Q: I have a question about my bill. Who do I call?
A: If you have questions about your bill please call our Customer Service/Billing Department at 215-856-1000.
Insurance
Q: What insurance do you accept?
A: We accept most health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid plans. To find out if your specific plan covers our services, call our Customer Service Department at 215-856-1000.
Appointment and Test Scheduling
Q: How do I schedule a diagnostic test (mammography, x-ray, etc)?
A: You can schedule a diagnostic test by calling 215-938-5700 or completing an appointment request form.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment with a Redeemer Health OB-GYN or primary care physician?
A: If you are an existing patient you can request an appointment via the My Health Story patient portal. If you’re a new patient or haven’t received your Patient Portal logon information yet, search for a physician’s phone number here.
Medical Records
Q: Can I access my medical records?
A: Medical records can be obtained via online patient portals.
Q: How do I reset my password/Who is my administrator?
A: The patient portal for hospital in-patient visits is administered by Medical Records at 215-938-3205, while the patient portals for physician office visits are administered by your physician’s office.
Q: Can I get copies of my records?"
A: You can receive a copy of your medical records by calling:
- Hospital In-Patient Medical Records – 215-938-3205
- Radiology – 215-938-3480
- Physician Records – find your physician here and call their office with the phone number provided.
Home Care
Q. What services/support can I get in my home?
A: Redeemer Health Home Care & Hospice offers a full range of home care services administered by our skilled professional nurses and therapists in conjunction with a physician’s plan of treatment. Learn more.
Residential Services
Q: What options are available for senior living?
A: Redeemer Senior Living has two locations, The Lafayette and St. Joseph Manor, that offer a variety of residential options for seniors including independent living, personal care, skilled nursing, and short-stay rehabilitation. In addition, Redeemer Health's Cedar Views at the Villages of Pine Valley offers resort-style, maintenance-free living for active adults age 62+

Q: Do you have any training programs?
A: Redeemer Health offers Home Health Aide training and in partnership with Bucks County Community College offers Nurse Aide Training.
Q: Can I get any certifications at Holy Redeemer?
A: The Safety Institute provides CPR and First Aid certification at Redeemer Health. For more information or to register, call 215-674-3444.
Volunteering
Q: Can I become a volunteer?
A: To become a volunteer, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be able to commit to a minimum of 50 hours of service
- Complete a volunteer application
- Complete a health screening and a 2-step PPD test
- Complete a new volunteer orientation
